Manav Purswani

I'm a 17-year-old builder based in Buenos Aires, studying the IB Diploma at Lincoln School. I work at the intersection of rigorous academics, technology product development, and institution design — convinced that most valuable things are built, not found, and that the right infrastructure, built correctly and early, compounds for decades.

I founded Starling Industries as the umbrella for everything I build: Forge Academy, an EdTech platform currently in active development; and Academia Digital, an open-source initiative bringing Computer Science education to underprivileged students across Latin America. I also co-founded LINCOLNMUN, a Model United Nations conference running twice yearly in Buenos Aires — built from scratch as a student-led institution with real operational complexity.

The thread connecting everything I work on is systems thinking. Whether it's an olympiad problem, a product architecture, or a curriculum design question, I'm asking the same thing: what's the underlying structure, and how do you build it to last?
